Maintenance
Be proactive about repairs. If you have any questions about any issue possibly needing repair let us know. Small issues can become big problems and we want to avoid this.
Once a maintenance request has been submitted, we will contact a vendor, please allow two days for them to get back with you (non emergencies). If, for any reason, they do not reach out in that timeframe please contact us.
Be communicative. We respect your privacy and as such we will not contact you unless you have a concern or repair issue. Please let us know and we are always available. We want you to be happy with our service!!
If you are a tenant and have a maintenance request please submit the your maintenance request by logging into your tenant portal. As soon as you have submitted your maintenance request, it will notify our maintenance team and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
